Vehicles

All vehicles are inspected and certified by The Dept. of Transportation and Motor Vehicles to carry School Children. They must be inspected once a year. They are equipped with the required First Aid Set up, fire extinguisher, and road hazard triangles. As part of the yearly inspection, Precious Cargo must provide brake records, and any other mechanical paper work on that vehicle before the certification is given. We have commercial insurance which is required by the state and very hard to find. The state of Connecticut requires 1.5 million dollars of coverage on each truck.
